A new Imprint account has been created for you, and you can now log in to manage key settings like payments and autopay. You can activate your new card when you receive it, and it will be available to use for purchases starting May 18, 2026.

Important Payments Reminder
To avoid missed payments, review your payment settings in Imprint.
- Autopay settings from Citibank, N.A. will not transfer
- You’ll need to re-establish autopay in Imprint
- Payments should continue to be made to Citibank, N.A. as usual until May 18, 2026

Shell is partnering with Imprint Payments to bring you a modern, rewarding, and flexible credit card experience. With the upgraded card, you’ll enjoy enhanced digital tools, enhanced rewards and can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted.
If you have a Shell | Fuel Rewards® Mastercard® or a Shell | Fuel Rewards® Credit Card:
In addition to your new card benefits, you will continue to save 10 cents off per gallon (up to 20 gallons) on every fill up with Shell Fuel Rewards®.
Any rewards you've earned that you do not receive prior to May 15th will be credited to your new Imprint account as a statement credit.
If you have a Shell Platinum Select® Mastercard®:
You’ll continue to earn rewards for fuel transactions posted to your Citibank, N.A. account through April 30, 2026. After April 30, 2026, you will no longer earn the following rewards.
- 10 cents off per gallon (up to 100 gallons) on your next statement as a credit when you spend $500 - $999
- 15 cents off per gallon (up to 100 gallons) on your next statement as a credit when you spend $1,000 - $2,499
- 20 cents off per gallon (up to 100 gallons) on your next statement as a credit when you spend more than $2,499
If you have earned any rewards associated with this account, Citibank, N.A. will credit your account no later than May 15, 2026. If you have any questions, Citibank, N.A. representatives are available to assist you at the number on the back of your Shell Platinum Select® Mastercard®.
Once you receive your new physical card, you can link it to your Shell Fuel Rewards® account and save even more on every fill up at Shell.
If you have a Shell Card Drive for Five® or Shell Card:
These cards don't have rebates to transfer, so you'll start fresh with the new rewards program.

The Shell Fuel Rewards® program is not offered by or administered through Imprint or First Bank & Trust.
Yes. Autopay from your previous issuer (Citibank, N.A.) does not transfer and must be re-established in Imprint.
The transfer of your account to Imprint will not, by itself, impact your credit score. Imprint is not conducting a hard credit inquiry as part of this transition, and no new application is required from you.
Once your account is transferred to Imprint Payments and issued by First Bank & Trust, Imprint will begin furnishing account information in accordance with standard credit reporting practices. As always, factors such as payment history, credit utilization, and overall credit behavior may influence your credit score.
If you have an existing Shell Credit Card and receive a notice in the mail stating your account is being converted to a Shell Performance Elite Mastercard® by Imprint, you do not need to apply for the card. If you do not receive a physical card, you can request one in the Imprint App.
The Shell Performance Elite World Mastercard® can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted.
Previous billing statements will not be available in your new Imprint account. If you need access to historical statements after the transition, please contact Imprint Support at 1 (888) 427-0544.
To ensure uninterrupted access, we strongly recommend downloading any billing statements you may need as soon as possible and no later than May 14, 2026.
Your account is available for setup to help you prepare for this transition. You'll have full access to make purchases with your new Shell Performance Elite World Mastercard® starting May 18, 2026.
Yes. You can add up to four authorized users during this setup period.
